Submitting a quote request does not create a binding contract. We share your details with installers in our network who may contact you directly. We do not guarantee a specific number of quotes or response times. The final contract is between you and the installer you choose.

4. Installer partnerships

Applying to become a partner installer does not guarantee acceptance. We review applications based on experience, portfolio, references, and geographic coverage. Approved installers operate as independent contractors, not employees of AV6 Smart Home Solutions Ltd.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — articles, guides, images, and the design tool — is owned by AV6 Smart Home Solutions Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission. Installer portfolio images remain the property of the respective installers.

6. Designer tool

The room-by-room designer tool provides estimated pricing based on typical market rates. Actual quotes from installers may vary. Product selections and configurations are stored locally in your browser. We do not have access to your designs unless you explicitly share them via a quote request.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for the quality of work performed by any installer in our network. We make reasonable efforts to vet installers but cannot guarantee their performance. All installation work is subject to separate contracts between you and the installer. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is zero for free services.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
